Study Requirements
- Live with a permanent physical disability that limits your mobility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have access to a computer or smartphone
- Have internet access
By participating in the study, you will receive:
- A six-month telehealth program
- A physical activity tracker like a FitBit
- And you will be compensated for completing the study! $$
By participating in the study, you may receive:
- Access to health coaches
- Access to exercise trainers (group or one-on-one classes)
